FOX VALLEY TECHNICAL COLLEGE CLASS

WELDING OVERVIEW

40-hour Metal Fabrication/Welding Instruction.

Focuses on welding safety, equipment set-up and operation, electrode selection when welding steel, stainless steel and aluminum, gas selection and basic metallurgy. The class covers MIG wire feed welding (GMAW & FCAW), stick welding (SMAW) and TIG (GTAW).
