Dozer II Class Description
This class will be offered to operators with previous experience in heavy highway, dozer or grader. Curriculum will be at an accelerated pace and will not include basic operation. This class is designed for the operator with previous experience. Topics covered include terms and definitions, safety, job planning, grading methods and techniques, grade stakes and print reading. Will involve advanced techniques of “finish” dozer work, such as sloping, gravel spreading, curb grading and ditching. TIME: 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.
