2010 Class Descriptions COMPETENT PERSON TRAINING This training is required by at least one person on every excavating crew and every excavator operator should know the information taught in this class. A one day class held at Coloma. Certification good for 5 years. 8-HOURS. SEE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM FOR DATES. *If you are not a Local 139 member and you have little (under two years) or no experience running heavy equipment, please click on the Apprenticeship for information.
