Asphalt Paving Class Description

ASPHALT PAVING

Basic paving techniques will be taught as well as working with some of the automatic controls on the pavers.

TIME: 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.

 

OBJECTIVES:

Basic understanding of pavers, rollers, and plant operation.

THIS CLASS CONSISTS OF:

30 hours classroom

50 hours lab

80 hours Total Instruction

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

Hardhat, safety vest, work clothes, work boots.
