2009 Class Descriptions
Students will learn the concepts of standing the hammer and leads,
capping, driving piling, battering piling, driving and extracting sheeting
using a vibratory driver/extractor, and drilling with conventional as well
as hydraulic drilling machines.
Prerequisite for this class: experience with friction cranes (for the
piling and sheeting) and experience with hydraulic cranes (drilling with
hydraulic machines).
